1598 · 番禺、香港仔 · 日期僅記到年份
1598年，番禺的郭棐刊行《粵大記》，書內〈廣東沿海圖〉標出七十餘處今香港地名，並在現今香港仔周邊寫上「香港」二字，是迄今所知最早載有「香港」地名的古地圖。
In 1598, Guo Fei of Panyu published the Yue Daji, whose "Guangdong Coastal Map" marked more than seventy present-day Hong Kong place names and wrote the two characters "Hong Kong" around present-day Aberdeen, making it the earliest known ancient map bearing the place name "Hong Kong".
