陳啟宗（Ronnie Chan Chi-chung，1949年生），祖籍廣東順德，香港企業家，恒隆集團與恒隆地產榮譽董事長。其父陳曾熙於1960年創辦恒隆集團，是香港戰後重要的地產商之一。陳啟宗在香港接受教育後赴美留學，取得南加州大學工商管理碩士學位，1972年加入家族創辦的恒隆集團，1986年獲委任為董事，1991年父親去世後接任恒隆集團及恒隆地產主席。恒隆集團在香港聯合交易所上市，股份代號為00010；恒隆地產則為00101。
上任後，他把恒隆由一家香港地產發展商，逐步發展為橫跨地產發展、物業投資與物業管理的集團。1992年起，恒隆大舉拓展中國內地市場，先後在上海、天津、瀋陽、無錫、濟南及大連等地投資大型商業項目，其中上海的恒隆廣場與港匯恒隆廣場，成為內地高端商場的代表，也令恒隆以「只做優質商業物業」的路線為市場所知。他執掌集團前後三十三年，強調財務穩健與逆周期投資，在亞洲金融風暴及多次地產低潮中維持集團的融資能力。
除營商外，他亦活躍於公共事務，曾任香港地產建設商會副會長、美國亞洲協會榮休主席兼香港中心主席，以及香港明天更好基金執行委員會主席，並經常就經濟、教育與中美關係等議題公開發言。他於2017年獲頒大紫荊勳章，並透過恒隆集團與陳氏家族基金會支持教育、醫療與文化事業。2024年1月，恒隆宣布他將退休；同年4月26日他卸任恒隆集團及恒隆地產董事長及所有董事會職務，獲授予「榮譽董事長」頭銜，由其子陳文博接任。

Ronnie Chan Chi-chung, GBM (born 1949), whose family comes from Shunde in Guangdong, is a Hong Kong businessman and honorary chairman of Hang Lung Group and Hang Lung Properties. His father, Chan Tseng-hsi, founded Hang Lung Group in 1960, making it one of the leading property companies of post-war Hong Kong. Chan was educated in Hong Kong and then in the United States, earning an MBA from the University of Southern California. He joined the family firm in 1972, was appointed to the board in 1986, and in 1991, after his father's death, became chairman of both the listed Hang Lung Group (HKEX: 00010) and Hang Lung Properties (HKEX: 00101).
As chairman he turned Hang Lung from a Hong Kong developer into a group spanning property development, investment and management. From 1992 the company expanded aggressively into mainland China, investing in large commercial projects in Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Wuxi, Jinan and Dalian, with Shanghai's Plaza 66 and Grand Gateway 66 becoming landmarks of the mainland's upscale retail property and giving Hang Lung a reputation for developing only prime commercial assets. Over a chairmanship lasting thirty-three years he stressed financial prudence and counter-cyclical investing, keeping the group's finances resilient through the Asian financial crisis and repeated property downturns.
Beyond business, Chan has been active in public affairs, serving as a vice-president of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, chairman emeritus of the Asia Society and of its Hong Kong Center, and chairman of the executive committee of the Better Hong Kong Foundation, and he has often spoken publicly on the economy, education and Sino-American relations. He was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2017 and, through Hang Lung and the Chan family foundation, has supported education, healthcare and the arts. In January 2024 the company announced his retirement; on 26 April 2024 he stepped down as chairman of both companies and from all board roles, was named honorary chairman, and was succeeded by his son, Adriel Chan.
