地盤工、水喉、木工、油漆、鋁窗、冷氣等工種。呢個行業靠工藝同年資：建造業議會同水務署各有註冊／訓練制度，學徒制（邊做邊讀）係最常見嘅入行通道，持牌水喉匠更要向水務署註冊。工作體力要求高，安全訓練係開工前嘅硬性條件。
Site work and the wet trades — plumbing, carpentry, painting, window frames and air conditioning. This sector runs on craft skill and years on the tools: the CIC and the Water Supplies Department each run registration and training schemes, apprenticeship (learn while you earn) is the usual way in, and licensed plumbers must register with the WSD. The work is physical, and safety training is compulsory before you start.

建築工人係地盤前線工種嘅統稱：紮鐵、釘板、落石屎、砌磚、批盪同拆卸等。入行靠訓練同工藝測試確立技能，而喺地盤工作要有建造業工人註冊證。
註冊水喉匠
Registered Plumber
註冊水喉匠（持牌水喉匠）係唯一可以合法承接指定供水系統工程嘅身分，牌照由水務署簽發，要先通過水喉匠考試。
冷氣技術員
Air Conditioning Technician
冷氣技術員做空調系統嘅安裝、保養同維修，會接觸受管制雪種同電力部分，所以法定同安全要求都跟得緊。
