事實應該係點 / What really happens

電影嘅幫派名、人物同大量情節屬虛構，但「三合會」本身真有其事，而且受法律嚴厲規管。按《社團條例》（第151章），所有三合會社團均「當作」非法社團，並非可合法註冊嘅組織：任何三合會社團嘅幹事，或任何自稱／聲稱係三合會社團幹事嘅人，以及管理或協助管理三合會社團嘅人，均屬犯罪，一經公訴定罪最高可罰款100萬元及監禁15年；單是身為三合會成員或自稱成員亦屬違法。若罪行與三合會活動有關，更可能觸及《有組織及嚴重罪行條例》（第455章）。所以戲中把幫派寫成有頭有面、講江湖規矩嘅組織，只係戲劇包裝；現實中「入會」本身已屬違法行為。

The film's gang names, characters and much of its plot are fictional, but triads themselves are real and heavily regulated by law. Under the Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151), every triad society is "deemed" an unlawful society and cannot lawfully register: any office-bearer of a triad society, anyone who calls himself or claims to be an office-bearer, and anyone who manages or assists in managing a triad society commits an offence punishable on indictment by a fine of HK$1 million and up to 15 years' imprisonment; merely being a member or claiming membership is also an offence. Offences connected with triad activities may additionally engage the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 455). The film's portrayal of well-regarded gangs with codes of honour is dramatic packaging; in reality, joining a triad is itself unlawful.

• 劇中「洪興」「東星」等幫派及人物屬虛構；現實中三合會社團一律被「當作」非法社團，不能合法註冊或公開運作。
