Reclamation has been one of Hong Kong’s main ways of gaining land, from the nineteenth-century Central waterfront to new towns and the airport. This thread collects the entries that say so, in the source’s own words.

Reclaimed-land area is derived from facts.ts only (see /stats); individual project areas are not recorded item by item, are not estimated, and are never summed across projects.
