梁振英（1954– ），1954年生於香港，童年在西區荷李活道警察宿舍長大，畢業於英皇書院，其後赴英國布里斯托理工學院修讀測量，返港後成為特許測量師，曾任香港測量師學會會長。1985年他出任《基本法》諮詢委員會秘書長，參與基本法起草期間嘅諮詢工作；1999年至2011年任行政會議非官守議員召集人。2012年3月他在選舉委員會以689票當選第四任行政長官，7月1日就任。任內推行「零雙非」、限制攜帶嬰幼兒配方粉出境（俗稱「限奶令」）同「港人港地」等措施，成立扶貧委員會、金融發展局同經濟發展委員會，並在2013年訂立官方貧窮線；同期發生德育及國民教育科爭議、2014年佔領行動同2016年旺角騷亂，2015年政改方案被立法會否決。他2016年12月宣布唔競逐連任，2017年3月當選全國政協副主席至今。

Leung Chun-ying (b. 1954) was born in Hong Kong, grew up in a police family's married quarters on Hollywood Road, studied at King's College and then surveying at Bristol Polytechnic, becoming a chartered surveyor and a former president of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He was secretary-general of the Basic Law Consultative Committee from 1985 and convenor of the Executive Council's non-official members from 1999 to 2011. Elected the fourth Chief Executive with 689 votes in March 2012, he took office on 1 July. His term brought measures against 'dual non-local' births, curbs on the parallel export of infant formula and the 'Hong Kong people's land' scheme, along with new commissions on poverty, financial services and the economy and an official poverty line in 2013. It also saw the national education controversy, the 2014 occupation movement, the 2016 Mong Kok disturbance and the defeat of the 2015 constitutional reform package. He announced in December 2016 that he would not seek a second term and has been a CPPCC Vice-Chairman since March 2017.
