傅家俊1978年喺香港出世，曾奪世界青年桌球錦標賽同世界業餘錦標賽冠軍，1998年轉職業。2007年佢打入格蘭披治大獎賽決賽，其後三度闖入世界錦標賽四強，世界排名最高第五位，係首位躋身桌球頂級行列嘅香港球手，喺香港掀起桌球熱潮。佢以冷靜沉著嘅比賽風格著稱，深受球迷愛戴，被譽為「香港桌球一哥」。

Marco Fu Ka-chun, born in Hong Kong in 1978, turned professional in snooker in 1998 after winning world junior and amateur titles. He reached the final of the 2007 Grand Prix and three World Championship semi-finals, peaking at world No. 5, and was the first Hong Kong player to establish himself among snooker's elite — inspiring a boom in the sport across the city.
