何詩蓓1997年喺香港出世，父親愛爾蘭裔、母親香港人，大學年代喺美國密歇根大學受訓。2021年東京奧運，佢喺200米自由泳奪銀，係香港歷史上第一面游泳奧運獎牌；2024年巴黎奧運再奪100米同200米自由泳兩面銅牌，成為首位累積三面奧運獎牌嘅香港運動員，並喺2021年成為短池世界錦標賽冠軍。佢親切謙遜嘅形象令佢成為香港體壇最受歡迎嘅偶像。

Siobhan Haughey, born in Hong Kong in 1997 to an Irish father and Hong Kong mother, swam for the University of Michigan before turning professional. At the Tokyo Olympics (2021) she won silver in the 200m freestyle — Hong Kong's first Olympic swimming medal — then took bronze in the 100m and 200m freestyle at Paris 2024, becoming the first Hong Kong athlete to win three Olympic medals, and a short-course world champion in 2021.
