周梁淑怡（Selina Chow Liang Shuk-yee）1945年1月25日出世，祖籍廣東番禺，喺香港成長，人稱「周梁」，係香港女性政治人物同傳播媒體界人物，獲頒金紫荊星章（GBS）、OBE同太平紳士榮銜。周梁淑怡係香港著名電視界人物，曾喺電視廣播有限公司（TVB）同亞洲電視擔任高層，對香港電視業發展有重要貢獻。政治方面，周梁淑怡曾任全國政協委員、自由黨榮譽主席、行政會議成員、立法會新界西選區議員同旺角區議會議員。2004年立法會選舉，佢同田北俊分別空降新界西同新界東，雙雙當選，自由黨取得10席，成為立法會第二大黨。2012年12月，周梁淑怡當選自由黨主席（2012–2014），之後擔任自由黨榮譽主席。周梁淑怡丈夫係前考評局主席周明權，育有兩名子女。

Selina Chow Liang Shuk-yee GBS OBE JP (born 25 January 1945), ancestral home Panyu, Guangdong, grew up in Hong Kong. Known as "Selina Chow", she is a Hong Kong female politician and media executive. Chow is a prominent figure in Hong Kong's television industry, having held senior positions at Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) and Asia Television, making significant contributions to the development of Hong Kong's television industry. Politically, she served as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Honorary Chairperson of the Liberal Party, member of the Executive Council, Legislative Council member for New Territories West, and a Yau Tsim Mong District Council member. In the 2004 LegCo election, she and James Tien contested New Territories West and New Territories East respectively, both winning seats, and the Liberal Party won 10 seats to become the second-largest party in LegCo. In December 2012, Chow was elected chairperson of the Liberal Party (2012–2014), later serving as its honorary chairperson. Her husband was Chau Ming-kuen, former chairman of the Hong Kong Examinations Authority, and they have two children.
