顏汶羽

顏汶羽（Frankie Ngan Man-yu）係香港政治人物，民主建港協進聯盟（民建聯）成員。顏汶羽喺香港出生，曾任觀塘區佐敦谷選區區議員、青年民建聯主席、九龍社團聯會青年事務委員會主席同海濱事務委員會委員。佢係民建聯人力事務發言人。2021年，顏汶羽當選立法會議員，代表九龍東地方選區。顏汶羽關注人力事務、家庭友善政策、鼓勵生育措施同青年發展等議題，期望政府為有新生嬰兒嘅公務員設立「家長假」同彈性上班時間，並喺政府建築物內增加託兒中心。

Frankie Ngan Man-yu is a Hong Kong politician and a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). Born in Hong Kong, Ngan previously served as a Kwun Tong District Council member for Jordan Valley, Chairman of Youth DAB, Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Kowloon Federation of Associations, and a member of the Harbourfront Commission. He is the DAB's spokesperson on manpower affairs. In 2021, Ngan was elected to the Legislative Council representing the Kowloon East geographical constituency. He focuses on manpower affairs, family-friendly policies, measures to encourage childbirth, and youth development, and has proposed that the government introduce "parental leave" and flexible working hours for civil servants with newborns, and increase childcare centres in government buildings.
