夏佳理（Ronald Joseph Arculli）1939年1月2日生於香港，係香港律師同政治人物，獲頒大紫荊勳章（GBM）、金紫荊星章（GBS）、CVO、OBE同太平紳士榮銜。夏佳理1961年取得英國同香港大律師資格，1976年獲認可為香港律師。佢係律師行Arculli, Fong & Ng創辦合伙人之一，該律師行其後合併入金杜律師事務所（King & Wood Mallesons），夏佳理現任高級顧問。政治方面，夏佳理1993年參與創辦香港早期政黨之一，曾任立法會議員同立法會財務委員會主席。2006年4月至2012年4月，佢擔任香港交易及結算所有限公司（港交所）主席，任期6年。2011年10月，夏佳理獲委任為行政會議非官守議員召集人。佢亦曾任世界交易所聯合會主席。夏佳理喺香港法律界同金融界都有重要影響力，亦擔任多間大型上市公司同非牟利機構嘅董事。

Ronald Joseph Arculli GBM GBS CVO OBE JP (born 2 January 1939, Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong solicitor and politician. Arculli was called to the English and Hong Kong Bars in 1961 and admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1976. He is a founding partner of the law firm Arculli, Fong & Ng, which later merged into King & Wood Mallesons, where he now serves as senior consultant. In politics, Arculli co-founded one of Hong Kong's earliest political parties in 1993 and served as a Legislative Council member and chairman of the LegCo Finance Committee. From April 2006 to April 2012, he served as chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) for six years. In October 2011, he was appointed Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council. He also served as chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges. Arculli has significant influence in Hong Kong's legal and financial sectors and serves on the boards of several major listed companies and non-profit organisations.
