李國麟（Prof Joseph Lee Kok-long），SBS, JP，係前香港立法會議員，代表衞生服務界功能界別。李國麟係香港公開大學護理及健康學部副教授，專長護理教育同健康研究。佢曾任醫院管理局成員、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會委員同香港護士管理局委員。李國麟亦曾任立法會衞生事務委員會主席，長期關注香港醫療衞生政策、護士專業發展同病人權益等議題。

Prof Joseph Lee Kok-long, SBS, JP, is a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the Health Services functional constituency. Lee is an Associate Professor in the Division of Nursing and Health Studies at the Open University of Hong Kong, specialising in nursing education and health research. He served as a member of the Hospital Authority, the Independent Police Complaints Council, and the Nursing Council of Hong Kong. Lee also served as Chairman of the Legislative Council Panel on Health Services, and has long focused on Hong Kong's healthcare policy, nursing professional development, and patient rights issues.
