梁家騮（Dr Leung Ka-lau）1962年出世於香港，原籍廣東肇慶，係香港外科醫生同前立法會議員。梁家騮係外科專科醫生，畢業於香港中文大學，取得內外全科醫學士（MBBS）同醫學博士（MD）學位。佢係愛丁堡皇家外科醫學院院士、香港外科醫學院院士同香港醫學專科學院（外科）院士。2008至2016年，梁家騮擔任立法會醫學界功能界別議員。佢曾任香港公共醫療醫生協會會長（2001-2003）同香港外科醫學院委員。梁家騮長期關注香港醫療政策、醫護專業發展同病人權益等議題。

Dr Leung Ka-lau (born 1962 in Hong Kong, with family roots in Zhaoqing, Guangdong) is a Hong Kong surgeon and former Legislative Council member. Leung is a specialist in General Surgery and graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with an MBBS and MD. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Surgery). From 2008 to 2016, he served as a LegCo member for the Medical functional constituency. He was President of the Hong Kong Public Doctors' Association (2001-2003) and a Council Member of the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong. Leung has long focused on Hong Kong's healthcare policy, medical professional development, and patient rights issues.
