鄧飛（Tang Fei）MH 係香港教育工作者同政治人物，獲頒榮譽勳章（MH）。鄧飛畢業於香港中文大學，主修政治行政學同社會研究比較方法學，其後修讀約克大學比較政治學碩士學位，並取得教育文憑。大學期間，佢係學校辯論隊員，獲得1996年度香港大專辯論比賽最佳辯論員、1997年香港大專辯論比賽冠軍等多項殊榮。鄧飛係香港教育工作者聯會副會長，長期從事教育工作同研究。2021年，佢當選立法會教育界功能界別議員。鄧飛關注教育政策、基礎教育規劃、師資培訓同AI教育應用等議題，亦積極推動香港教育同大灣區發展嘅配合。

Tang Fei MH is a Hong Kong educator and politician. Tang graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Public Administration and Comparative Social Research Methods, and later earned a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from the University of York, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. During university, he was a member of the debate team and won the Best Debater award in the 1996 Hong Kong Inter-Collegiate Debating Competition and the championship in 1997. Tang is Vice-President of the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers and has long been engaged in education work and research. In 2021, he was elected to the Legislative Council for the Education functional constituency. Tang focuses on education policy, basic education planning, teacher training, and the application of AI in education, and actively promotes the coordination of Hong Kong education with the development of the Greater Bay Area.
