單仲偕（Sin Chung-kai）1960年6月15日喺香港出世，籍貫廣東東莞，係香港民主派政治人物。佢係民主黨中央常務委員會委員兼司庫，曾任葵青區議會主席同華麗選區區議員，以及前香港島選區立法會議員。單仲偕有「單雞」同「IT偕」之稱。佢畢業於香港大學同香港中文大學，專業係資訊科技，曾任Household Bank資訊科技經理。單仲偕喺2012年12月參加民主黨黨魁選舉，以些微票數落敗。佢長期關注資訊科技發展同地區事務，為香港嘅數碼發展同葵青區嘅社區建設作出貢獻。

Sin Chung-kai (born 15 June 1960, Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong pro-democracy politician with family roots in Dongguan, Guangdong. He was a member of the Democratic Party's Central Committee and served as its treasurer. He was the chairman of the Kwai Tsing District Council and a Legislative Council member for Hong Kong Island. He holds degrees from the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and worked as an IT manager. He has been an advocate for information technology development and community affairs.
