陳凱欣（Rebecca Chan Hoi-yan）1977年11月19日出世，係香港政治人物，現任立法會議員（選舉委員會界別）。陳凱欣畢業於香港浸會大學傳理學院，1999年取得傳理學社會科學士（榮譽）學位，2008年取得傳媒管理社會科學碩士學位。大學畢業後，陳凱欣投身傳媒工作近15年，曾任Now TV新聞副採訪主任同無綫新聞主播。2012至2017年，佢擔任食物及衞生局局長政治助理，協助局長高永文處理醫療衛生政策。其後，陳凱欣轉任慈善機構行政總裁。2018年11月，佢以健康大使身份參加九龍西補選並當選立法會議員，擊敗民主派候選人。2021年，陳凱欣循選舉委員會界別當選立法會議員。佢長期關注醫療衛生、基層醫療改革、房屋政策同弱勢社群權益等議題，亦積極推動中醫藥融入基層醫療。

Rebecca Chan Hoi-yan (born 19 November 1977) is a Hong Kong politician and current Legislative Council member (Election Committee constituency). Chan graduated from the School of Communication at Hong Kong Baptist University, earning a Bachelor of Social Science in Communication (Hons) in 1999 and a Master of Social Science in Media Management in 2008. After graduation, she worked in the media for nearly 15 years, serving as Deputy News Director at Now TV and an anchor at TVB News. From 2012 to 2017, she was the political assistant to the Secretary for Food and Health Ko Wing-man. She later became CEO of a charitable organisation. In November 2018, she stood in the Kowloon West by-election as a health ambassador and was elected, defeating the pro-democracy candidate. In 2021, she was elected to LegCo via the Election Committee constituency. Chan has long focused on healthcare, primary healthcare reform, housing policy, and the rights of disadvantaged communities, and actively promotes the integration of traditional Chinese medicine into primary healthcare.
