李慧琼（Starry Lee Wai-king）1974年3月13日出世於香港，GBS, JP，係香港政治人物，現任香港立法會主席。李慧琼係民主建港協進聯盟（民建聯）成員。2008至2012年，佢擔任立法會九龍西議員；2012至2021年，擔任區議會（第二）功能界別議員；2022年起擔任九龍中地方選區議員。2016至2025年，李慧琼擔任立法會內務委員會主席。2026年1月8日，佢當選立法會主席，接替梁君彥。李慧琼亦係中華人民共和國全國人民代表大會常務委員會委員。佢獲頒金紫荊星章（GBS）同太平紳士榮銜。

Starry Lee Wai-king (born 13 March 1974 in Hong Kong), GBS, JP, is a Hong Kong politician and the current President of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. Lee is a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). From 2008 to 2012, she served as a LegCo member for Kowloon West; from 2012 to 2021, for the District Council (Second) functional constituency; and since 2022, for the Kowloon Central geographical constituency. From 2016 to 2025, she served as Chairman of the House Committee of the Legislative Council. On 8 January 2026, she was elected President of the Legislative Council, succeeding Andrew Leung. Lee is also a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China. She was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) and JP.
