溫官球（MH）是香港大埔區議會委任議員，任期由2024年至2027年，並獲頒授榮譽勳章。他為新界社團聯會成員，長年居住於大埔林村，活躍於新界社團及鄉事事務，熟悉新界鄉郊地區的運作。2024年1月1日，他獲行政長官委任為第七屆大埔區議員，是議會內參與委員會最多、服務範圍最廣的議員之一。在議會內，他參與地區設施及工程委員會、食物環境衞生委員會、社區參與及文化康樂委員會、交通運輸委員會及社會福利、房屋及發展規劃委員會，並為提振地區經濟專責工作小組及大廈管理工作小組成員，關注地區設施、環境衞生、文化康樂、交通運輸、社會福利及房屋規劃等多方面課題。其議員辦事處設於大埔寶鄉邨平台P102室，服務大埔市中心及林村一帶居民。第七屆大埔區議會共有二十二名議員。2023年政府改革區議會制度，重設委任議員及地區委員會界別，連同地方選區議員組成第七屆區議會，委任議員由行政長官按地區需要委任，以吸納專業及社會各界人士參與地區工作。第七屆區議會於2024年1月1日就任，四年任期至2027年年底屆滿。區議會屬《基本法》下的非政權性區域組織，主要就地區事務向政府提供意見，並協助政府推廣地區政策、改善民生設施及環境；議員透過轄下各委員會及專責工作小組，在地區設施及工程、社區參與及文化康樂、食物環境衞生、社會福利、交通運輸、房屋及發展規劃等範疇收集市民意見，向政府部門反映。

Wan Kwun-kau, MH, is an appointed member of the Tai Po District Council in Hong Kong for 2024-2027, holding the Medal of Honour. He is a member of the New Territories Association of Societies and has long lived in Lam Tsuen, Tai Po, active in New Territories associations and rural affairs. On 1 January 2024 he was appointed by the Chief Executive to the 7th Tai Po District Council, where he sits on an unusually wide range of committees. He serves on the District Facilities and Works Committee, the Food, Environment and Hygiene Committee, the Community Involvement, Culture and Recreation Committee, the Traffic and Transport Committee and the Social Welfare, Housing and Development Planning Committee, as well as the task group on boosting the local economy and the building management working group. His ward office is at Po Heung Estate, Tai Po, serving central Tai Po and Lam Tsuen. The 7th Tai Po District Council has twenty-two members.
