1951年出世嘅鄧衍成，係香港電影導演，個人風格強烈，最擅長拍將極端暴力同情色元素混合嘅「剝削電影」：作品往往用極致暴力去刻畫人性陰暗面，畫面異常殘虐，藉此挑戰觀眾心理極限，因此得到「香港第一殺人導演」同「香港罪案電影第一導」兩個稱號。代表作有佢任執行導演、同李修賢合作嘅《羔羊醫生》，亦有《烏鼠：機密檔案》、《慈雲山十三太保》、《弱殺》、《古惑女之決戰江湖》、《炭燒凶咒》同《黑獄斷腸歌之砌生豬肉》等。佢喺2020年7月1日離世。

Born in 1951, Billy Tang Hin-shing was a Hong Kong film director known for a forceful personal style and for 'exploitation' pictures that fuse extreme violence with sexual content. His films probe the dark side of human nature through graphic brutality, earning him the titles 'Hong Kong's number-one killing director' and 'the No. 1 director of Hong Kong crime films'. His credits include Dr. Lamb, made with Danny Lee, on which he served as executive director, as well as Red to Kill, Underground Judgement, The Untold Story of the Thirteen Taipans of Tsz Wan Shan, and many others. He died on 1 July 2020.
