1664年，即康熙三年，遷界令推行已久，民眾被迫離鄉、生計斷絕，有些家庭於是將有毒草藥浸泡於水中一同飲用，藉此集體了結生命。

In 1664, the 3rd year of Kangxi, as the boundary evacuation order had long been in force and people were forced to leave their homes with their livelihoods cut off, some families soaked poisonous herbs in water and drank it together to end their lives collectively.

1664年2月至3月期間，新安縣記錄到西南方向出現彗星；同一年春夏之際，該縣遭遇旱災。

Between February and March 1664, a comet was recorded in the southwest direction in Xinan County; in the spring and summer of the same year, the county suffered a drought.

1664 · 界外 · 清康熙三年三月

1664年3月至4月期間，清朝政府指派城守尉蔣孔閏與知縣張璞推行第二次遷界，要求百姓往內地搬遷三十里，同時於邊界以外拆除民房、興建墩臺、設置柵欄，並派駐大量士兵把守，嚴禁在該處居住、耕作及捕撈，凡跨越界線者即時處斬。

Between March and April 1664, the Qing government assigned garrison commander Jiang Kongrun and county magistrate Zhang Pu to carry out the second evacuation, requiring the people to move 30 li inland, while demolishing houses, building watchtowers, setting up fences and stationing large numbers of soldiers outside the border, strictly forbidding residence, farming and fishing there, and executing on the spot anyone crossing the boundary.

1664 · 官富、瀝源、九龍城、沙田 · 清康熙三年八月

1664年9月至10月期間，匪首袁瑞以官富（即今日九龍城區域）及瀝源（即今日沙田區域）為根據地，到處搶劫擄掠，最終遭遊擊梁有才領兵討平。

Between September and October 1664, the bandit leader Yuan Rui, based in Kwun Fu (present-day Kowloon City area) and Lek Yuen (present-day Sha Tin area), robbed and plundered everywhere, and was finally suppressed by the troops of guerrilla commander Liang Youcai.

In 1664, the 3rd year of Kangxi of the Qing dynasty, the bandit leader Yuan Sidu defied the boundary evacuation order and secretly used Guanfu and Lek Yuen as hideouts.
