勞工處按年檢討並公布外籍家庭傭工的最低允許工資（MAW）。自2025年9月30日起，外傭MAW為每月 5,100 港元；膳食津貼為每月不少於 1,236 港元。在外傭與本地最低工資之間，香港存在兩套并行而數字不同的最低收入規定，本專題以官方時點逐一標明。 外傭總數及國籍分佈（菲籍、印籍比例）、每日跨境上學學童數目，屬入境事務處及教育局限定之下、暫未收錄之延伸數據。MAW只適用於按標準僱傭合約受聘之全職外傭，其他工種不適用。

The Labour Department reviews and publishes the Minimum Allowable Wage (MAW) for foreign domestic helpers annually. From 30 September 2025 the MAW was HK$5,100 per month, with a food allowance of no less than HK$1,236 per month. Alongside Hong Kong's statutory minimum wage, FDHs operate under a separate, numerically different floor, and this collection lists each with its official as-of date. The total FDH population and its nationality split (Filipino/Indonesian shares), and the daily number of schoolchildren crossing the border, are further data under ImmD and the Education Bureau's remit, not yet catalogued. The MAW applies only to full-time FDHs under the standard employment contract, not to other categories.
