社會保障數字來自政府統計處，個案是年底數字，發放款項是財政年度。2025 年年底：綜援 194 000 宗、傷殘津貼 185 000 宗、高齡津貼 375 000 宗、長者生活津貼 794 000 宗。2024–25 財政年度綜援發放 223.53 億港元。 廣東計劃、福建計劃是另列的長者社會保障安排，個案遠少於在港發放的高齡津貼及長者生活津貼。本站不把各計劃個案加總當成「領取福利總人數」，因為一人一戶定義與重複領取規則要以社會福利署原文為準。

Caseloads in Hong Kong in Figures are year-end; payments are financial-year totals. At end-2025: CSSA 194,000 cases, Disability Allowance 185,000, Old Age Allowance 375,000, Old Age Living Allowance 794,000. CSSA payments in 2024–25 were HK$22.353 billion. The Guangdong and Fujian Schemes are listed separately and are much smaller than the local Old Age Allowance and OALA. This site does not add the schemes together as a headcount of welfare recipients; overlap rules belong in Social Welfare Department texts.
