租借新界 / Lease of the New Territories
新界九十九年租約 / 99-year lease of the New Territories
在北京簽訂的條約把九龍界限街以北至深圳河及 235 個島嶼租借予英國，為期 99 年。英國於 1899 年 4 月接管新界。
A Peking convention leased the area north of Boundary Street to the Shenzhen River and 235 islands for 99 years. Britain took over the New Territories in April 1899.
