屋宇署及市區重建局年報提供樓宇老化與重建的硬數據。按2021年人口普查點算，全港約 9 162 幢私人樓宇樓齡超過50年。市區重建局截至2025年已推展 80 個重建項目，涉 36 800 個單位；受影響居民及補償金額等逐年明細暫未逐一收錄。 「三無大廈」（沒法團、沒居民組織、沒物管公司）的精確數目與18區分佈、30年樓齡樓宇總數，屬民政事務總署大廈管理網等未收錄之延伸資料。市區更新與住屋專題互為表裏：舊區老化數據可直接解釋公屋輪候與居住密度。

The Buildings Department and the Urban Renewal Authority's annual reports give hard figures on building ageing and renewal. Based on the 2021 by-census, about 9,162 private buildings are more than 50 years old. The URA has launched 80 redevelopment projects as of 2025, covering 36,800 units; year-by-year figures on affected residents and compensation are not yet catalogued. The precise count of "three-nil buildings" (no owners' corporation, no residents' organisation, no property manager) and its 18-district distribution, plus the total of 30-year-old buildings, are further data from HAD's Building Management portal. Urban renewal and housing are two sides of the same coin: ageing-district data directly explains public-housing waiting times and residential density.
