香港地質公園獲納入全球地質公園網絡 / Hong Kong Geopark admitted to Global Geoparks Network
政府新聞公報：全球地質公園網絡於 2011 年 9 月 17 日（挪威當地時間）接納香港國家地質公園為成員，其後正式更名為中國香港世界地質公園。
Government press release: on 17 September 2011 (Langesund time) the GGN accepted Hong Kong National Geopark; it was renamed Hong Kong Global Geopark of China.
