1949年11月25日，香港高等法院處理兩航在港員工反對禁制令一事並作出裁定，判令訴訟兩方均不得移動兩航存放於香港的資產，並由港府安排人員負責保管。
On 25 November 1949, the Hong Kong High Court dealt with and ruled on the objection by the two airlines' staff in Hong Kong to the injunction, ordering that neither party to the litigation could move the assets of the two airlines stored in Hong Kong, with the Hong Kong government arranging personnel to take custody of them.
