香港係全球變化最快嘅城市之一，好多曾經嘅地標已經消失。記錄呢啲消失嘅地方，係理解城市變遷嘅重要方式。 **啟德機場（1925–1998）**：曾經是全球最繁忙機場之一，跑道伸入維多利亞港，飛機降落時掠過九龍城樓頂。1998 年 7 月 6 日關閉，原址發展為啟德新區。 **九龍寨城**：清代築城，1899 年後成為「三不管」地帶，1993 年清拆。曾經係全球人口密度最高嘅地方之一，原址現為九龍寨城公園。 **珍寶海鮮舫**：香港仔避風塘嘅標誌性海上餐廳，2022 年離港後在南海沉沒。 **利東街（喜帖街）**：灣仔婚嫁印刷品店舖集中地，2000 年代市區重建後原貌消失，重建為住宅。 **皇后碼頭**：中環天星碼頭旁嘅公眾碼頭，2006 年因填海搬遷，是保育運動嘅標誌性爭議。 **舊中環街市**：1939 年建成嘅包浩斯風格街市，2003 年停用，2011 年活化重開。 **大磡村**：鑽石山大型寮屋區，2001 年清拆。 本站記錄呢啲消失嘅地方，係為咗保存城市記憶。每個條目都註明消失嘅時間同原因，來源為官方文件或可靠報道。

Hong Kong has lost many landmarks to redevelopment. Recording vanished places preserves the city’s memory. **Kai Tak Airport (1925–1998)**: once among the world’s busiest airports, with a runway projecting into Victoria Harbour and aircraft skimming Kowloon City rooftops. Closed on 6 July 1998; the site is now the Kai Tak development. **Kowloon Walled City**: a Qing-era fort that became an ungoverned enclave and one of the densest places on earth. Demolished in 1993; the site is now Kowloon Walled City Park. **Jumbo Floating Restaurant**: the iconic floating restaurant at Aberdeen, which left Hong Kong in 2022 and capsized in the South China Sea. **Lee Tung Street (Wedding Card Street)**: Wan Chai’s wedding-printing street, rebuilt in the 2000s under urban renewal. **Queen’s Pier**: the Central pier moved in 2006 for reclamation, becoming a symbol of the conservation movement. **Old Central Market**: a 1939 Bauhaus-style market, closed in 2003 and revitalised in 2011. **Tai Hom Village**: the large Diamond Hill squatter area, cleared in 2001.
