    東深供水工程完成，東江水輸港 / Dongshen scheme completed; Dongjiang water to Hong Kong

    水務署：東深供水工程於 1965 年完成後，香港開始從東江輸入原水。署方寫現時東江水每年佔全港淡水用量約七至八成。

    WSD: after the Dongshen scheme was completed in 1965, Hong Kong began receiving Dongjiang raw water. WSD states Dongjiang water now accounts for about 70–80% of fresh-water use.

    七至八成比例為署方現行敘述；具體年度供水量以現行供水協議／統計為準。 / The 70–80% share is WSD’s current narrative; annual volumes follow current agreements/statistics.
