街市係香港買餸嘅日常基建：官方統計以檔口數目同濕貨街市數目表達，兩者定義唔同，唔可以直接相加。
Wet markets are everyday grocery infrastructure. The official statistics count stalls and wet markets separately — the two definitions cannot be added together.

Festivals and holiday eating
節慶飲食同日曆掛鈎：粽、月餅、盆菜、年糕都跟住公眾假期同農曆走。呢度先列出官方公布嘅假期日數；節慶食品本身仲未有官方統計數字。
Festival food follows the calendar — rice dumplings, mooncakes, poon choi and turnip cakes all track public holidays and the lunar calendar. This section lists the official holiday counts; the foods themselves have no official statistics yet.
